The Pitch

Updated: Sep 8, 2019

I'll call on you to use your imagination. The first thing I'd like to do with this website and this company is provide a product that can fund the long term vision of it. However, bills have to be paid. Place yourself in the position of an angel investor and hear the pitch for this idea. You are now seated in a chair on the hit television show, Dragon-Shark's Den-Tank.

The narrator introduces the next perspective entrepreneur into the Den-tank. “Our next presenter is an agent of positive change trying to change the way medium sized businesses and non-profits sustain and grow their businesses.”

The presenter steps forward.

”Hello Dragon-Sharks”, we’re here today to tell you about something that is not new, not unique, but very powerful. It is a set of tools that will help any organization investigate and focus its efforts on getting rid of all of the waste between the time a customer places an order and pays their bill.

Our framework starts with helping our customers defining why they are in business and helping them establish a clear vision on where they want to be.

The common vision and and purpose is the basis for all activity, problem solving, and decision making.

Our mission is to build a better world by teaching our members how to strategically eliminate waste from their workplace, workgroups, teams and families. We are committed to teach and practice continuous improvement tools and techniques which help improve safety, quality, and productivity while reducing defects, inventory and turnover.

How do we do this? We provide a three tiered approach to organizational transformation. We provide in person training and coaching, online support, and a set of tools designed to remove obstacles standing between the customer and their strategic goals.

We do this using a subscription based online platform that provides members working tools, a monthly workshop to apply the tools, and access to the content for their organizations.”
